Office Interactive is a suite of Web-based collaboration and productivity tools. Office Interactive was developed with the individual and small organization in mind, and currently offers Team Email, Team Messenger, Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, and Documents, among other features that can be expanded by adding different business modules, such as sales, customer service etc.

The founders of Office Interactive hope that people use the product as a foundation to which further capabilities can be added, such as CRM tools, including sales, marketing, and customer service, as well as project management, accounting, human resources, and other modules. These advanced modules are available at a cost. Please contact us if you are interested in expanding Office Interactive. Office Interactive currently accepts no advertising and does not sell or rent its client lists.

2. How does Office Interactive work?

Office Interactive is completely Web-based, so you can access the suite of tools anytime and anywhere you have Internet access.

To access and start using Office Interactive, you simply need to visit the website, www.OfficeInteractive.com and register. After completing registration, you can configure and begin using all of the features of Office Interactive. You can then invite co-workers, colleagues, partners, or others so that you can share your documents, tasks, notes, and other content with them.

3. What do I need to use Office Interactive?

All you need is a device with Internet access. You do not need to purchase, download, or install special software to use Office Interactive, nor do you need special hardware. Office Interactive is supported by most major browsers, including Microsoft IE 5.5+, Netscape 7.1+, and Mozilla Firefox 1.5+. Some advanced usability features may not function properly in browsers other than Microsoft IE 6.0+. You may experience slower download times with a dial-up connection.

4. What do I get with Office Interactive?

Currently, Office Interactive allots 100 megabytes of storage space, which can be used to store email messages, documents, notes, contacts, or any information maintained on your Dashboard. Additional storage is available at extra cost; please contact us if you are interested in increasing your Office Interactive storage. Additionally, there is no advertising on the site nor in the emails or messages you send through Office Interactive. There is no spam to your Team Email inbox.

5. Is my information secure?

Yes, OfficeInteractive.com takes more than adequate security measures to ensure that all information you upload to your Office Interactive Dashboard is secure and free from compromise or misuse. OfficeInteractive.com respects our users' privacy and has undertaken special measures to ensure the confidentiality of information by employing multiple industry-recognized protections.

6. Can I add more to Office Interactive?

All features in Office Interactive are free, along with 100 megabytes of storage space. However, you can upgrade your Office Interactive experience. OfficeInteractive.com offers extra server space and extra modules, at additional cost, so that you can monitor and evaluate sales and marketing campaigns, maintain financial and accounting records, initiate and track CRM activities, or manage human resources functions - securely online, and integrated with the existing capabilities of Office Interactive. 7. Can I synchronize with Microsoft Outlook?

Yes, you can synchronize your personal information, except for email, in Microsoft Outlook with Office Interactive. To do this, you will need to download the Outlook-Office Interactive synchronization software onto your PC and then install and run the program to start synchronizing Office Interactive with Outlook.
